HOUSTON, TXDecember 10, 2007 – Technology Support has recently announced that they will be providing a completely integrated phone and overhead paging system for IFCO SYSTEMS.

Technology Support is tasked with providing full voice systems and support services encompassing all 67 of IFCO SYSTEMS North American locations. As a Cisco Premiere Certified Partner, Technology Support will be utilizing the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (formerly Cisco Unified CallManager) software for the new system. It will provide the foundation for advanced capabilities including video, mobility and presence-based services.

The new system will include Voice over IP (VoIP) services that will maximize communication capabilities by utilizing all telephone features, like call transfer, call conferencing, voice mail, overhead paging and interactive voice response (IVR). Plus, it uses the latest in voice-processing protocols and hardware technologies, which results in higher quality voice clarity.
